Was a great experience booking the Alphard for a SG to Desaru round trip. The drivers, both Kelvin and Khang were great. Nice and clean car.

All the stress was taken out of transport arrangements including crossing through woodlands, the transport was nothing short of luxurious, efficient , clean and friendly not to mention the added support to ensure all relevant border documentation was complete and accurate . Highly recommend
We went from SG to Cameron highlands , door to door service. Our driver Mr.Khang is a patient guy with good driving skills. We left SG home around 8am and reached CH at 5:45pm.

Had booked with Ah Fa for a round trip from JB - Singapore, and the booking was done with such ease. Price point is also good, and got a comfortable ride in an Alphard. Prompt response and communication from the company and our driver, which I really appreciate. Our driver Khang is a very pleasant & jovial personality, was there on time during the pick-ups and most importantly a safe driver. Our return trip was more complicated than usual due to unforeseen road closures, and really appreciate Khang for the extra time taken (close to 30 minutes) to ensure we were arrived back safely at our destination.

My parents were informed in advance to leave earlier from JB to Singapore, so that they could avoid the heavy traffic jam. For the first leg from SG to KL, Ah Fa took the effort to communicate the day before and stayed in SG the night before just so we could leave SG in time at ~6am to avoid the traffic at customs. We did not avoid the jam, but the ride to KL in itself was pleasant and enjoyable. For the second leg from KL back to SG, Ah Fa had to skipped lunch as he was delayed by earlier customer to pick us up and rushed us to the customs. Had initially thought we might reach final destination by midnight due to the traffic but was pleasantly surprised that we got back by 8pm. Very experienced driver. Our driver, Kelvin was awesome! He was punctual, friendly and polite, and brought us to all the places which I have WhatsApp him a day in advance. He knew the roads well and I felt confident with his driving.
Andi was also patient in accommodating to our last-minute change for our dinner plan when we found out that eatery we intended to go hasn’t opened yet.
It’ll be great if we can request for him the next time we book a vehicle again 😃

Our driver, Kelvin was awesome! He was punctual, friendly and polite, and brought us to all the places which I have WhatsApp him a day in advance. He knew the roads well and I felt confident with his driving.

Found this service online and got in touch with them and was promptly assisted by Ah Fa, who made speedy arrangements to help me and my family crossorder the border to SG! Can't believe we got a same day arrangement transfer in about 1-hour! We had a lot of stuff to transfer to SG, so we got an Innova. 😁
